As a Braze Specialist at SCHMACK, you will leverage your deep expertise in Braze to design, implement, and optimise advanced customer engagement campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities for our clients, providing strategic and technical guidance, and delivering tailored solutions. Your ability to harness Braze’s robust functionality will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their customer engagement goals.
Define and implement digital marketing strategies and automation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Design and configure scalable Braze solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client ecosystems.
Extensive experience with a variety of Braze tools, including but not limited to Canvases, Connected Content and Currents.
Execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Implement A/B testing, control groups, and campaign personalisation using Liquid and Braze AI tools.
Define and implement advanced segmentation for personalised marketing.
Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on Braze best practices.
Lead client projects and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
3+ years’ experience in Braze configuration and campaign management.
2+ years working in an agency or consulting firm.
Extensive knowledge of Braze features, including Canvas, Campaigns, Currents, Segments, and Liquid.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in Liquid, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with additional partner platforms, such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
Knowledge of data integration strategies, including REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with CDPs or Data Cloud solutions is highly advantageous.
