The Solutions
In response to Podimo's challenges, SCHMACK implemented the following solutions
CRM Automation: An automated CRM system in Braze was implemented for content creators to streamline processes and ensure scalability.
Personalised Communication: We created customised and localised templates and empowered local manager to personalise them reducing overall workload whilst maintaining optimal quality.
Consistent Communication: These communication templates were crafted into reports with input from local community leaders, ensuring each content creator's approach remains relevant and effective.
Data Presentation: Data was organised into an appealing, easy-to-understand format, enhancing clarity and making the content more digestible. This improved overall engagement with content creators
Personalisation Support: Automated systems were set up to handle localisation and hyper-personalisation, ensuring consistent and effective communication across different regions.
