Prior to implementing an automated CRM, manual processes for localisation, personalisation, and feedback often led to inconsistencies and challenges in presenting clear data. This presented an opportunity to streamline communication and strengthen creator relationship with Podimo.

The Solutions

In response to Podimo's challenges, SCHMACK implemented the following solutions 


  • CRM Automation: An automated CRM system in Braze was implemented for content creators to streamline processes and ensure scalability.  

  • Personalised Communication: We created customised and localised templates and empowered local manager to personalise them reducing overall workload whilst maintaining optimal quality.

  • Consistent Communication: These communication templates were crafted into reports with input from local community leaders, ensuring each content creator's approach remains relevant and effective.

  • Data Presentation: Data was organised into an appealing, easy-to-understand format, enhancing clarity and making the content more digestible. This improved overall engagement with content creators  

  • Personalisation Support: Automated systems were set up to handle localisation and hyper-personalisation, ensuring consistent and effective communication across different regions.

The Conclusions

The latest communication strategy has sparked greater engagement and boosted creator retention by building trust and participation. The revamped approach, with optimised workflows and data visualisation, enabled a smooth transition to a scalable Creator CRM, supporting Podimo's growth
