Podimo lacked a consistent, scalable channel for communicating performance data to their podcast creators. Creators were left without regular visibility into how their content was performing, limiting their ability to optimise content and deepen engagement. Manual sharing was time-intensive, inconsistent across partner managers, and difficult to maintain as the creator base scaled - creating operational strain in an increasingly competitive podcasting landscape.
To address Podimo's need for a stronger creator connection, SCHMACK designed a custom monthly report email for podcast creators, delivering key performance insights in an engaging and interactive format. This solution featured:
Personalised Data Overview Each email provided creators with a comprehensive view of their performance metrics, including relevant data points and month-over-month changes.
Interactive Graphs Embedded interactive graphs allowed creators to visualise trends in their audience engagement and growth directly within the email, making complex data more accessible and impactful.
Tailored Email Template The entire experience was built on a fully customised email template, designed to align with Podimo's branding and provide a seamless, intuitive experience for creators.
Integrating GenAI & Partner Manager Insights: To add a personal touch, each email included individualised comments from the creator's partner manager, offering valuable context on performance and growth areas. By fine-tuning a GenAI model, we passed structured partner data through GPT and trained it to capture the right tone of voice, context, and nuance. This enabled the model to generate high-quality personalised comments at scale, reducing the partner managers' time investment from 12 hours down to just 2 hours.

With overwhelmingly positive feedback - only 1 out of 90 creators opted out - the initiative improved transparency, helped teams get closer to show performance, and fostered better collaboration. By empowering creators with performance clarity, Podimo strengthened relationships and supported better content through improved data transparency.
